I had to wait until my 11 o'clock meeting was over to start this run, thankfully it was a quick one. Heading out, this felt like I was prepping my mind for a long run! Yeah, it's my longest run in a few weeks but still just 10 miles. So not surprisingly, the 10miles today felt like a lot longer than the 8mile run last week did. It also didn't help that it was a fairly monotonous run, as I only made 2 turns before turning around and making 2 more turns the whole run.
