Much colder than yesterday but much less wind so easier to run outside. Still, I knew there would be no clear paths around my work so I decided to drive to UNI. And since I was there, I thought I'd try my new spikes. A similar workout as my last one, 8 x 100m at ~fast&relaxed with 100m jog. Then decided to do a 400 and ended up going about 67sec. Finished with a sprint that felt the best so far. The spikes felt pretty good (especially once I decided to put pins in), though I need my legs to get used to them; calves are sore and achy the next day. I also hated the tight turns, that's going to take some getting used to.
