On Thursday, I was still considering doubling and/or going for 80 again. I decided to take the recovery option or at least a couple of days of it. Just one day in and I got a little too optimistic thinking that I'd be cured immediately.
I tempered those expectations and settled on just a ride today (which I hope is easier on the knee, but who knows). It was warm enough for a ride but not so warm that a lot of people were out. I went fairly slow and only got rolled by once. It's easy to get bike ambitions while cycling. I'm not sure if I should feed those ambitions or just stay focused on running.
