1 bike ride with Hazard on an otherwise lazy day. We drove to Sycamore, my old stomping grounds but hadn't been there in awhile. The ride started simple enough other than me avoiding and uphill rock garden. There was 1 section with lots of dips and ditches which was fun, and a section I never really ran.

The old parts of this trail weren't made by mountain bikers (I presume) as there are some long straighter sections. This was the first time I felt like I needed a higher gear on my bike as we picked up speed. We explored on the way back but didn't really see anything I hadn't seen before, although everything looked to be in better condition and there were more people out there than I ever saw running.

Finally, I decided on 1 last trail that used to go nowhere but apparently now is the showcase of the trails as it was obviously put together by mountain bikers, lots of dips, dives, turns, and some logs. At this point my arms and legs were tired from all the riding and running, and I felt like my tired state wasn't far from making a mistake. So I took it easier, walked some parts, and was happy to be back where we started pretty quickly. Sweet to see people actually working on the trails though, I wish they had done this 4 years ago.

**POST SCRIPT** I didn't realize I'd hit exactly 60 miles for both running and biking, that's new.
