Notes
In Ames for a football game so I got Hero to show me around town. I actually know Ames pretty well but Hero showed me a good trail system I've never been to. Chill morning but the sun was out, which neither of us see very often on runs. My legs were pretty sore from the beginning, unfortunately. Still, I'd rather feel less than 100% and run with a mate than the feel great alone (most of the time).
