Many sores this morning, all from climbing maybe? Emma and I successfully did our planned route from yesterday. No moose but many many cows. And those cows weren't smart enough to stay off our path even when running away. So we had many slowdowns, too many cowpies, and 1 tepid creek crossing jump.
I didn't realize my tired body until we started the return trip which meant slight uphills. I felt pretty energy-less for 2 miles until the end was in sight.
