Notes
It's a rather warm day for October, so clearly I need to do a long run.
If you don't count my 25k last week, I haven't done a dedicated long run since August (ok, August 31, but still!)
Plan was to hit every trail at Center, I'd say I got 95%, and I could probably find a more efficient route to do it all in less than 14.
Said plan was almost aborted when a train slowly passed my entrance to Squirrel's Nest and Rhythm, 2 parts of the trail I probably haven't done since early summer (Squirrel's Nest was fine, Rhythm wasn't worth it)
Last 20minutes were faster, not tempo though. Something went wrong just 2 to 3 minutes from finishing, it felt like a neck twinge, but slightly lower on my back. Hopefully that goes away quickly.
Overall a solid, if not typical, long run. Sorry if this entry was scatterbrained.
