Notes
Decided not to ease into my new shoes, and I don't regret it. I do regret running long on the hottest, windiest day of the week, but I'll blame Katie for that. Started at her place and ran to George Wyth. Right away I could tell my hamstrings were not up for much (not sore, just not actively involved in the run) and later my quads and calves joined in. Weird run in that I felt good and the pace was easy, but I knew my legs were tired and I was dehydrated. Silver lining is it is my longest run yet.
