Thankfully it wasn't too cold on my first run back from Belize, around 30, sunny, with some wind. I also thought I'd feel sluggish, but my legs pretty quickly hit a normal pace. Bad news is I realized I hadn't really done any form drills for the steeplechase all winter, so I did some and hoped for the best.
