One of those days, just really tired during the run and dead upon finishing. This morning I didn't want to do a workout (also didn't have one in mind. association?), but I didn't want to push one back to Thursday in case I race this weekend. Started with an 8min tempo (slower tempo) then only 4 repeats up a <400m hill that I thought was going to be longer. Was very tired during the tempo but felt good enough during the hills so I added 4min tempo afterwards.
