First morning run in a week (seems like a long time). The workout today is 9 miles steady-state, or about an hour. Not exactly an impressive workout considering today was 9miles at about 6:20 pace compared to last week's ~7.5miles around 5:50 pace, but that is quite alright. This week is more about introducing myself to 2 workouts in a week. Plus, today had more hills.
Slow wake-up/warm-up, then just a mile of faster in before seeing a porta-potty and deciding that I shouldn't pass it up. There goes the continuous part of the workout, oh well. From there, I did a good amount of meandering, avoiding cars and busy streets, and got some hills under me, only one of which was a real showstopper. Mostly felt just fine, moving on.
