If it had been a different day, I would have gotten out to the trails one last time (winter is coming). But it's christmas, late breakfast, run when I can. I wasn't too full of regret, though, as I did get to run in shorts, the first time since 2014. And it was the first time since 2015 that I hit 10 miles.
Started a bit rusty but gradually picked it up. Had a plan to do another short progression. Started with a 6:40 then got a little carried away on a downhill and hit 6 on the nose. I still wanted another mile, so I tried to maintain the same pace for the next uphill mile. Check.
