Another pretty "whatever" run. I ran on the bike path, saw lots of bikes, 0 runners. That baseline fatigue might be around for another week or more.
I didn't post anything on RunningAhead until today, Friday. And I believe it is the 1st miles in the group. The slow decline of "Luther Alumni" group continues.
