Notes
I had some knee pain overnight and left foot pain the night before (though I think that one was actually a dream...).
An easy day on the trails in response to yesterday. I wouldn't say I felt good, though at least I did feel stronger to finish than the start.
I returned to my car with a text from Retro: Grandma's Marathon is canceled. That was a surprise as I figured they would wait another month to decide. This leaves me with some decisions to make. Retro still wants to run a marathon on our own and submit it virtually. I'd be willing, but I'm not going to shoot for or train for a PR in non-race conditions. So maybe we'll do that in May. Coming up, maybe I'll attempt some sort of time trial in April. The main takeaway though: I should probably be more focused on being healthy than mileage in the coming weeks.
On a lighter note, March is finished and though I didn't get the lovely 300 mark, it was my highest since July 2016 when I did my 1st Headwaters.
