Lunch run from Drew's. We certainly still had some speed in our legs as our 2nd mile was 6:23 (not sure I've ever had a faster 2nd of a normal distance run). However, Drew also had some tiredness in the legs and requested a slowdown. It was still a pretty fast pace and I would be glad for the slower pace too.
