It was nice to double on a workout day, didn't have to worry about getting miles during the run. Tried to get some speed while still doing a long workout. Started with a 5 min cruise (3k-5k supposedly) then into a 25min progression run. Finished with 3 x 40sec fast and relaxed in my piranhas. Felt pretty good though I felt awkward when I had the piranhas on. Ankle hurting a bit more now.
