Just Scotty Gally and myself this morning. Good to run with him again as he's trying to get through some knee pain. The pace was quicker than I'd prefer post-long run but it felt good to run with someone.
We talked a lot about Run Ablaze. A few years ago I would have been more excited about the financial incentives. Now, what I'd want from a team is either training together or racing together, which Run Ablaze doesn't do much of either. We'll see, but I'll probably join if they let me do Club Nationals.
