Great day out but today's suppose to be a recovery day. Still, I rode around for a bit before meeting up with a coworker for a run. We completed a fairly simple 6 miler before he continued on.
This is probably the best I've felt on a Sunday of a triple-D week. I still have energy and strength for more miles. Problem is my left shin is painful at times. Also, reading my log, I remember many of the runs during my first 100 mile week (over 5 years ago), but hardly remember a thing about my second (almost 4 years ago).
