I had thoughts about going to the trails and doubling, but the ground was still soggy out and I'm still feeling passive about my training. So I did some hills and kept it easy and saw a good amount of people out and about as it warmed up and I did too.
My route didn't quite hit 8 and I forced myself to go farther. But I didn't force myself to use my brain as I ended up home at 8.5 and just gave up there.
