Notes
Not quite a PR, but happy with the race for the day. As usual, was at the back of the pack, but I thought we were flying. Apparently not, 70 for 409m. Started to feel in control and not in a frenzy, 800 in 2:20. Started to pass people (once got stuck behind 2 guys). With a lap to go got confused about my time and maybe didn't completely "go" for it. So no breakthrough but content to know I'm in fairly good shape and it will be nice to do a steeple as my 2nd race of the year instead of the 1st.
