Seemed like a good day to reacquaint myself with the sun. Lots of cloudy days recently, which is certainly better for training, but also good to be prepared for sunny days.
A faster pace came easier today and I actually tried to ease off the accelerator a little. Some bike path, some gravel, a little uphill. Then back to town for 5 uphill strides that felt great. Still not perfect, and maybe won't be for weeks yet, but great. Only wish that I would have waited a little longer to do them as I had 1.5 miles to go yet and I was stiffer than before.
