I wanted a workout but knew it wasn't going to feel good. Even before the run, I felt congested and bloated. So the goal was to get as much fast running as possible with enough breaks to not fall apart.

4 x mile tempo, 5:42, 5:48, 5:43, 5:45. None felt too good. Threw in 2 x 1 min at a bit faster just to say I did more than last week.

The lone good news, my flats felt fine for 6 miles (assuming I don't wake up tomorrow with sore feet).
