Notes
I took another day off yesterday, I just felt weak (hopefully simply from being sick, not from training). I had already decided I was going to try a new bike path nearby (by new, I mean I haven't ran it, it's probably been around a few years). Unfortunately this left me heading into the wind without much protection for half the run. It wasn't too bad though, which is good since temps are going to get lower than this soon.
I did finally remember to do a few strides at the end. I was suppose to start this week but better late than never.
