A morning run more out of necessity so happy but I got the weather I wanted yesterday (colder but less windy). My distance pace was fairly modest the whole run, though there were some hills and I ran on the XC course for a mile (someone seems to take a small plow through it, not sure if that will always be the case).
6 hill sprints in the middle that felt pretty good.
