Notes
Workout but not too strenous, 5 x 800 @ 10k followed my 100m @ mile w/ 2min rest.
The wind decided too be extra windy today, so I maneuvered to do most of the workout at my back (warmup and recovery into the wind). Started on grass and felt great. I then went into the trails for the 2nd one, failed to pay enough attention to the trails, and wiped out on 1 turn. I felt a little sore but sorta finished that rep.
I felt fine after the 2min rest and cruised through #3 and #4 on pavement then prairie. I was starting to feel like doing a 6th, but the 5th ended up being into the wind and broke my spirits. Overall it was a good workout, the recovery felt crazy long, but I guess the goal was more about running fast then working hard.
