Couldn't work out a run with anyone, so I did an old hill workout, makes me wonder how long it's been. This is the infamous mile long hill. And by infamous, I mean I doubt anyone else runs it and it still only gains 150ft over a mile.
Only did 2 repeats. My bloated stomach struck again. Not sure what was similar between this run and last week's race other than the time of day and being in Ankeny (I suppose the temps were both in the 30's). Breakfasts were different.
