Notes
Warm-up: Amazing how weak my legs feel on race days. Decided to force some energy out of them with a longer tempo (3min), which I think somewhat worked. Overall not feeling great and getting hungry (literally).
Cool-down: Ran around the outside of the track during the 5k (watching Kris Spoth mostly [High School pal]). After that he joined me on my cool-down but didn't have any warm cloths so we stayed indoors. Ended up running about 6 miles indoors after my race, probably the longest I've ran indoors anywhere.
