Treadmill

Notes

After climbing, I decided to try out some running on a treadmill at UNI. My foot felt alright, but my groin/hip still had pains, so I think I'll focus on icing that the next few days.

It was fun/odd being on a treadmill and watching people run by on the indoor track in right in front of me.
