Met Emma (and Rebel on bike) in Verona for a run similar to my last one in Verona prior to their wedding. Emma and I took the Ice Age Trail with some other prairie and singletrack. A good amount of hills. I wouldn't say my body felt too inclined, but it was a fun run to do.
