Notes
For some reason my thinking today was either I was going to take the day off or do a workout. And I decided to run. Ran over to the UNI Prairie, did some strides, then the workout. 2 x (2min, 1min, 30sec) at increasing speeds with 1/2 rest. Finished with some uphill sprints. Unfortunately, my back was still bothering me, but still a decent and easy workout.
