After another 2 days off, I thought I was feeling alright. But the run started with my lower right leg feeling off, and once I joined Scott it quickly turned into something near shin-splints but including my calf - I'm probably altering my stride to avoid hurting my foot more. So once Scott's warmup was done, I just walked back to my apartment hoping this was just due to not running in a few days. If not, this could be a rough week with 2 soccer games.
