Long run with a group. Mitchell Davis gave me a ride and we were late (I should have corrected his driving route). So we say the other 4 guys leaving as we arrived. That led to 3 miles of chasing them, which wouldn't have been too bad if it weren't for real slick sidewalks. I would try to run on grass as much as possible, but that was slow as well.
Thankfully we could slow down quite a bit once we caught the group. Then we did some trails which were relaxing. By the end I was feeling really good at sub7 pace and even got used to the slick traction.
