Notes

Easy morning run. Woke up quite tired and before the sun had risen, so I let myself have 30min or so before starting the run. Kept it short and easy with a few strides at the end. The only interesting thing was some fire trucks and ambulances going to a car crash that I would later run by.

Side-Note: I haven't really mentioned this but I've been oddly underweight for a few months now. I don't weigh myself often, just occasionally at my parent's place, but I do it enough to see trends even if it's just once or twice per month. I hit a lifetime high over the winter, being consistently over 160 for a bit. But since July, I've been low 150's, basically since living on my own for a month out west and then doing Headwaters. I thought I'd jump up after that, but that hasn't happened.

Not sure if this is really indicative of anything, but I wanted to document it. Maybe I just haven't hit the weights as hard lately, maybe I'm eating less crap, maybe my training has been hard enough to keep the weight off, maybe I've been eating less to try to control my occasional stomach pains. Low 150's was my college weight, so it could be where I'm supposed to be (not that I've been feeling any different or noticeably racing better).
