Started with an eye on a long run and not much motivation. I ended up feeling better than expected and got to an hour with ease. However, my left foot started giving me pain and when I had a chance to stop at 11, I did. Latest theory is too much rocky/sandy singletrack.
I'm trying not to think of the deja vu I'm experiencing from 2 years ago when I broke my foot: I'm running a lot of miles alone, it's August, mileage is consistently high but not really fluctuating, the bottom of my foot hurts, and I drive to most of my runs. Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself.
