Aaand warm weather might be here to stay (or at least 70's for the next week). I decided to do something similar to last week's easy workout, but this time on trails. I did a 2min tempo (on a way too curvy part of the trail, but whatever), followed by a couple strides. Then I put on my piranhas to test those out and did another 2min tempo (made it about 10m further than my first one, omg).
All day I did have a weird twinge in my back that felt terrible, but it didn't really affect my run as my legs felt quite good. I really wanted to get back on the trails for a few more cool-down miles but resisted with a 10k in 2 days. Plus, I should be able to get in plenty of trails this weekend and next week..
