Notes

Took a day off to feel better and get ready for hopefully running the rest of the week. Wasn't sure what I was going to do today, but Drew offered a possibility of a race/tempo this weekend so I decided I needed to test out my new flats (Asics Tarther). Was also somewhat in a hurry and I think that affected my run. Ran to a hill and switched to flats. Couldn't get into a good rhythm - Legs felt taxed, arms weren't helping since I did a shoulder workout earlier in the day. Perhaps started off at a much faster pace than planned due to lighter shoes, but who knows. Also not sure where my watch is.
