Back to Christiansen before the snow comes this weekend (though I'm not discounting the possibility of it melting soon). I was enjoying the trails and ran across a log... and fell again! I don't know what's going on. Apparently my running balance hasn't been challenged all fall (or I shouldn't be wearing my lightweight trainers with no traction).
So just some scrapped knees heading back into town for hill sprints. My (planned) new thing this winter is doing more top end speed, like HIIT shit. So my sprints were only about 6sec and I only did 3. So... very easy, especially as I didn't want to go too fast on my first attempt.
