Notes
In La Crosse and the trails are dry! I took Nessa for a walk and got on some nearby trails (apparently new last fall). It was so nice out I just went on my run after the walk. I've got a bit more experience and done some research on the trail system. So this time I got onto dirt and on my way to the main trails in just a little over 1/2 a mile (compared to 2+ last time).
The trails were great. Once I got to Hixon I avoided the hills as I'm doing a track workout tomorrow, though I'd already gotten much more vertical than usual. Leaving HIxon, I found another nice shortcut to cut off some road running.
Came inside, talked, then went back out after remembering to do 4 strides.
