I wanted to run outside but decided to play it somewhat safe and run with other people. The Runner's Flat (local running store) has group runs 3 nights a week so I joined them for some snowshoeing. Too bad they only went like 2.5 miles, but it was cool for the short amount of time, even ran on the frozen lake for a bit. So it ended up being an easy day, back on the training plan tomorrow! ?
