Unintentionally stuck around Cedar Rapids for an extra day (forgot my laptop and drove 90min back), so the one plus side was getting 1 more run with the dudes (Drew and Chase). We started a little later so we had a good amount of shade and less humidity, ergo, not surprising that we were a little faster today.
I started off a bit wonky, likely from yesterday's workout, but found a good rhythm soon. The only weird part was about 4 miles in when both of my feet hurt bad for a few minutes. After sort of wishing a week ago for a season-ending injury just so I could reset, now I feel a little more optimistic about having an averagely successful 10miler. So, hopefully that wasn't a harbinger.
