To continue my plan to get in as much running out of these 2 days as possible, I did half a workout. I met some guys as they were halfway through their 1k repeats and I jumped in. I did probably 800m of one repeat, and then 2 repeats in 3:15 with ~3min rest. I wasn't feeling too comfortable right away but ended up feeling alright. Of course, my legs aren't near 100% right now.
