No track workout as there were many school buses and children at the dome (probably good idea, my shins/calves were hurting last night). Ran outside in the sun and wind. I was reminded why I don't run North these days (no where to go), and I was already bored before I hit 20min (I'd given up on a workout if you were wondering). Got back to the apartment around 30min and added on by doing 8 strides and running between each one.
