Warm Up: .5 mile... So we get to the meet, and I see some women runners racing, very much like a 5k. I approach the check-in and see I'm the last to be crossed off. I ask and they seem to think the men's 5k is next. I finally ask and an official confirms the meet started a half hour early due to no pole vault (Drew and I did not get an email). I check the lap counter, it's at 4 to go. So I jog a few laps, keep the shorts I had on, and put on my flats and singlet.

Cool Down: 1.5 on my own and 4 with Drew. Nothing fast.
