Beautiful day in Decorah.
2.5 mile warm-up: With Drew, Birch, Cholo, Dirk, and Pollux. Actually felt pretty good.
7 mile cool-down: Started with a big group, but just left with a similar group to our warm-up once Pollux took us past Baker and eventually to Van Peenan (trade in Sherpa! for Birch). Van Peenan was loads of fun, but tired legs for lots of the rest of the run.
