Notes
It was much warmer later in the day, but I'm liking running in the morning on Sundays. Katie dropped by and joined Drew and I for the morning run. I was thankful that Katie was there to keep the pace modest, because I was sore. Nowhere was I really tight, but most of my legs muscles were noticeably fatigued (hamstrings, quads, glutes, calves, soles were all noticeable). Still felt good and enjoyed the run. Though I'm really not sure how I'm suppose to race again in 2 days.
