Notes

Getting into the habit of just running 6 milers when I have no real goal. Good for recovery, but just feeling lazy. Good news is I'm finally starting to get motivated to try a final bump in mileage before the summer is done, so that's good.

oh yeah, the run was good, started out slow and progressed into the faster pace with Drew. Hoping the construction on our gravel path is just for a bridge and not for paving.
