Notes

Goal was to get some hills, but my body wasn't happy that I succeeded. Being out of shape and overweight does tend to be magnified on hills, I suppose. It felt mostly aerobically taxing, but by the end my legs were ready to be done as well. All I can do is keep running until I feel good, and hopefully I'm not beat down and broken when I get there.
