Notes

I'm getting tired of these really cold days, it's wearing on my motivation. Yet I keep on surprising myself with getting decent miles. Somehow the miles seem to fly by lately, even when running alone. Today was a "boundy" hill workout, I can't really tell if I'm getting better at them or not, and I keep stopping at 4 repeats thinking why risk it with more.
