1 easy, then did 2 min. burpees, followed by an 800(1 lap jog after), followed by 2 min jumping jacks, followed by 800(1 lap jog after)....did that sequence twice.....the laps equaled 3.1 miles with jogs equaling 22:30.......I did this wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants to become accustomed to the heat......overall good, tough workout.
