ran out rt. 54, on to rt. 20, cut across back over to Lighthouse rd.(rt.54), then went back into Bayville Estates/golf course and turned around and back through. then went past Jefferson and went back to where Smitty lives and turned back...overall, new place to run...felt good for the most part, tired at end. didn't take any water.
